It has amazing value it s well made and it s beautiful. Many of you may be wondering what took me so long to get around to this review. It feels like an eternity since rep fitness first mentioned that they were going to be creating an aggressive stainless steel power bar to complement their existing stainless steel power bar v2 review here. It has a very strong and rigid 29 mm shaft with a fairly aggressive knurl a center knurl and bronze bushings.

The execution of the bar in my opinion is quite good. The shorter knurling is a nice touch that feels innovative something that is becoming more common with rep. The powerspeed bar from rep fitness conceptually is a very interesting bar.
